How does the free trial work?
When you start your Cue Up Premium membership through the app, your first 5 days are completely free. You get full access to all Premium features — no booking fees, priority booking, advanced matching and more. You won't be charged until day 6.
What happens after five days?
On day 6, your monthly subscription of £14.99 begins. You'll be charged through your app store account (Apple or Google). You'll receive a reminder before the trial ends so there are no surprises.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. You can cancel your Premium subscription at any time through the Cue Up app or your app store account settings. If you cancel during the free trial, you won't be charged anything. If you cancel after the trial, your Premium benefits continue until the end of your current billing period.
Are all venues included?
Premium booking benefits apply to all partner venues on Cue Up. The no-booking-fee benefit means you pay the advertised table or oche rate with no extra charge from Cue Up. Priority booking is available at venues that support it.
Where do I manage my subscription?
Your Cue Up Premium subscription is created and managed through the Cue Up mobile app. You can view your subscription status, payment history and manage your membership from the app's account settings. Subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Is payment secure?
Yes. Cue Up never stores your full card details. All payments are processed securely through Apple or Google's payment systems — the same infrastructure used by millions of apps. Your payment information is encrypted and protected.
