Terms and Conditions
Last updated: June 2026
Welcome to Cue Up. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Cue Up mobile application (the "App"). By downloading, accessing or using Cue Up, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. About Cue Up
Cue Up is a platform that connects players with pool, snooker and darts venues. We facilitate venue discovery, bookings and community features. Cue Up does not own or operate any venues — we act as an intermediary between you and the venues listed on the App.
2. Account Registration
To use Cue Up, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
- Be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction)
- Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
3. Bookings and Payments
When you make a booking through Cue Up:
- Bookings are subject to each venue's own terms, cancellation policy and house rules.
- Payments are processed securely through Apple or Google. Cue Up does not store your full payment card details.
- Cue Up may charge a booking fee. Any fees will be clearly displayed before you confirm your booking.
- Refunds are subject to the venue's cancellation policy. Cue Up Premium members may receive reduced or waived booking fees.
4. Cue Up Premium
Cue Up Premium is an optional subscription with additional benefits. Premium subscriptions are managed through your app store account (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). You can cancel at any time. The subscription fee is £14.99 per month and includes a 5-day free trial for new subscribers. After the trial, your payment method will be charged automatically unless you cancel before the trial ends.
5. User Conduct
Cue Up is built on trust and respect within the cue-sports community. You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
- Harass, abuse or harm other users or venue staff
- Submit false or misleading information, including fraudulent bookings
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the App or its systems
- Use automated means to access or scrape the App
6. Intellectual Property
The Cue Up name, logo, branding, App design and all related content are the intellectual property of Cue Up. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works based on our intellectual property without our prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cue Up shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Cue Up is not responsible for the actions of venues, including but not limited to booking availability, service quality or venue conditions. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, limitation of liability and governing law) will continue to apply.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App. Your continued use of Cue Up after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree with the changes, you should stop using the App and delete your account.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
