Cue Up ("we", "our", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and safeguard your information when you use the Cue Up mobile application (the "App"). Please read this policy carefully.

When you use Cue Up, we may collect the following types of information:

• Account information: Your name, email address, profile photo and account credentials when you create a Cue Up account.
• Profile data: Your sport preferences, skill levels, playing history, favourite venues and player connections.
• Booking & payment data: Venue bookings, session times and payment transaction records. Payment card details are processed by Apple or Google and never stored by Cue Up.
• Location data: Your approximate location for venue search. You can control location permissions through your device settings.
• Usage data: Information about how you use the App, including features accessed, time spent and interactions.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain and improve the Cue Up app experience
• Process bookings and payments between players and venues
• Match you with players at a similar skill level
• Send you updates about your bookings, account and the Sheffield launch
• Monitor usage patterns to improve the app and detect issues
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms and Conditions

3. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal data. We may share your information with:

• Venue partners: Your name and booking details when you make a reservation.
• Other players: Your profile name, sport preferences and skill level (as shown on your public profile).
• Service providers: Apple and Google for payment processing, authentication services and app distribution.
• Legal obligations: When required by law, court order or government regulation.

4. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the App's services. If you delete your account, your personal data will be removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Cue Up is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, we will delete it immediately.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new policy in the App and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of Cue Up after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
